Archana Shastry

Archana Shastry is an Indian film actress, known for her works predominantly in Telugu cinema, and for a few Tamil cinema and Kannada cinema films. She was one of the contestants in the first season of Bigg Boss - Telugu and hosted by N. T. Rama Rao Jr.

Also a trained classical dancer in Kuchipudi dance form and given numerous dance performances in India, USA, UK and Malayasia. In November 2019, after a long relationship she married Jagadeesh Bakthavachalam, a vice president of a leading health-care company

Debuting as Veda in Tapana, she subsequently changed her stage name to Archana, by which she was more popularly known. She is perhaps best known for her performances in Nenu, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana in Telugu and Aa Dinagalu in Kannada.
