Minerva Bluefox Banquets

Minerva Group started its culinary journey in 1982 when Mr P Prabhakar Reddy, Mr A Vijayavardhan Reddy and Mr A Ramakrishna Reddy started the flagship Blue Fox at Himayath Nagar and Minerva Coffee Shop made a debut in 1987 in same complex along with a Banquet Venue.

2002 – Second Unit - With the tremendous success of these flagship outlets, started Minerva Coffee Shop, Blue Fox and Banqueting at Ameerpet.

2003 – Third Unit - Made a foray into Vijayawada at Museum Road, with a similar business model of Minerva Coffee Shop, Blue Fox and rather extensive banqueting.

This culinary legacy took Mr A Vijayavardhan Reddy to venture into Hotels business and the flagship Minerva Grand Secunderabad came up in 2005.

The group today is engaged in running 3 Star Boutique Business Hotels and Food & Beverage outlets. The portfolio at present includes six 3 Star Hotels under the brand Minerva Grand, eleven multi cuisine fine dining Restaurants & Bars under name and style of Blue Fox Restaurant and seven Vegetarian Restaurants under the name & style of Minerva Coffee Shop. All the three brands are very popular in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, rest of South India and PAN India. In addition the company operates a non vegetarian coffee shop under the name Fiesta. The Group also operates two exclusive Lounge Bars at Minerva Grand Tirupati and Nellore respectively.

Hotel Minerva Grand is a 3 star boutique business hotel brand catering to all classes of travelers and serves quality food and beverage.  Today group has 6 hotels with over 506 keys at Secunderabad, Banjara, Kondapur, Vijayawada, Tirupati & Nellore.

Blue Fox Fine-dine Restaurant and Bar serves North Indian, Tandoori, Chinese & Continental and liquor and is a well-known popular family joint in Telangana & A.P.
